When insight is not enough
Maybe the same conflict keeps returning. Closeness feels harder to reach. You want a genuine partner, but increasingly feel alone inside the relationship.
Therapy can help you catch what happens between you, make room for a different choice, and practice new ways of relating where they matter—at home, in motion, over time.

Approach
Understanding matters. The work also asks what you will notice, interrupt, and choose differently in everyday life.
Alexandra draws from complementary approaches to work with emotion, the body, personal history, and the larger systems shaping your relationships. Together, you can slow down what is happening and practice relating with greater intention.
About Alexandra
Alexandra Josfan, MFTC, LPCC, works with adults and couples from a relational and systemic perspective. Her work attends to both the patterns between people and the inner experiences each person brings into the room.
